What motivates me?

Curiosity

"What if we did it differently?" At Gamercraft, instead of copying existing platforms, we created the Flash Tournaments. The innovation that transformed the players' experience.

Experimenting

"Let’s test to see" My system Airtable + Claude AI automatically analyzes my user interviews. No need to spend hours decrypting feedback - AI extracts key insights.

Real impact

More completed profiles, an adopted design system, feedback that moves from critics to enthusiasts. If practices change, it’s because the design works.
