Design useful and measurable products: quick discovery, clear trade-offs, fast execution, and visible business impact.
Responsibilities
Discovery: interviews, pain report, impact-oriented prioritization.
Design: testable models, coherent system design.
Delivery: clean handoff, instrumentation (events, dashboards), usage tracking.
Iterations: feedback loop (qualitative + data), continuous improvements.
Collaboration: devs/product/ops aligned on objectives and success criteria.
