How to improve the daily life of recruiters?
The challenge: Gojob recruiters were spending too much time manually searching for relevant profiles, especially since each client company had unique hiring criteria.
My solution: I designed a SaaS tool with intelligent, company-specific recommendations and rethought their sourcing methods to anticipate future needs.
Validated potential: Although I left before launch, user testing showed a significant increase in trust among future users who said they "couldn’t wait for it to be released." The tool promised to transform daily routines by personalizing recommendations for each client.
