How to improve the daily life of recruiters?
Gojob offers two main tools:
One for temporary workers searching for jobs.
One for recruiters who need to quickly find the right candidates.
In this project, I contributed to creating a new tool for recruiters that provides intelligent candidate recommendations to save time. I also rethought their workflows, especially sourcing: anticipating future needs and identifying profiles even before job orders were received.

The project focused on Gojob’s internal software, the Back-Office, which is divided into modules such as:
Scheduling management.
Contract creation and tracking.
Recruitment management.
The main goal was to boost recruiters’ productivity while simplifying their workflows with intuitive features.
