Redesign of the application and creation of a design system
Gojob offers two main tools: one for recruiters and another for temp workers. This project focused on redesigning the mobile app for temp workers, aiming to simplify job searching and enhance the overall experience.
By analyzing user data through Google Analytics and Hotjar, we discovered that most logins occurred on mobile. This insight led us to adopt a mobile-first approach. The project was carried out in collaboration with a team of three designers, and we worked together on every stage, from research to delivery.

We conducted a card sorting workshop with Product Managers and developers to co-construct a logical structure.
Insights from this workshop helped prioritize content and define an accessible hierarchy, optimizing the user experience.
