Redesign of the application and creation of a design system
The challenge: Gojob wanted to expand to the US but didn’t have an app tailored to the market’s constraints. Data showed that 78% of users accessed via mobile, yet the experience was still desktop-first.
My solution: I created a mobile-first MVP, working closely with the team to rethink the information architecture and build a unified design system. The US version was designed to serve as a foundation for improving the French one.
Observed impact: Recruiters were finally saying, "Candidates are now completing their profiles!"—a major shift from previous complaints. The design system enabled faster development with perfect consistency between both markets.
