Gojob - Recruiter SaaS

How to improve recruiters' daily workflow?

The productivity challenge: Gojob recruiters were wasting too much time manually searching for relevant profiles, each client company having its specific criteria.

My solution: I have designed a SaaS with personalized smart recommendations by company. Although left before the launch, user tests showed a significant increase in future users' trust.

Context

The project focused on Gojob's internal software, the Back-Office, divided into modules such as:

  • Schedule management.

  • Contract creation and tracking.

  • Recruitment management.

The main objective was to improve recruiters' productivity while simplifying their daily work through intuitive features.

Project organization

In collaboration with the Product Manager, we:

  • Conducted user research to identify their needs.

  • Organized design workshops with recruiters to co-create solutions.

  • Prototyped and tested regularly the proposed features to ensure their relevance.

My key contributions

Here are the main actions carried out:

  • User research: Interviews and creation of a Service Blueprint to map interactions.

  • Collaborative design: Facilitated workshops to design screens with users and developers.

  • Iterative testing: Weekly meetings with recruiters to validate prototypes and adjust solutions.

An iterative approach

To ensure the tool's simplicity and adoption, the project was divided into stages:

  • MVP: Deployment of a first version with essential features.

  • Continuous improvements: Feedback from recruiters during weekly tests helped prioritize adjustments.

Development and monitoring

During the development phase, we:

  • Validated the technical feasibility of features.

  • Ensured consistency between design and technical constraints through close collaboration with developers.

Although the design system was not finalized, the foundations laid guaranteed continuity and consistency for Gojob products.
